Corporate Sales Personnel Career Satisfaction, Career Commitment

Career commitment is one of hot problems of Organizational Behavior and Vocational Psychology. And it is the focus of commitment study after organization commitment. At present, the study objects of career commitment mostly are teachers, nurses, policemen, etc, the few are enterprise employees, say nothing of sellers in the enterprises, so this research will understand the present status of those seller about their career satisfaction and career commitment, and tries to discuss the effects of career satisfaction on career commitment.There are four main objectives in this study:(1) Understand the present status of the sellers about their career satisfaction and career commitment.(2) Discuss the relationship between career satisfaction and career commitment.(3) Discuss the ability of prediction to career commitment of career satisfaction.(4) Discuss the interaction between career satisfaction and demology fators on career commitment.The theory basis and research structure of this study are constructed by related literature analysis, and the instrument of questionnaire is adapted to collect data. After gathering the data, this study use SPSS15.0 to analysis the data.The results and findings from this study are concluded as follows:(1) The performance of career satisfaction and career commitment of the seller in the enterprises are over the middle level.(2) There is obviously positive relationship between career satisfaction and career commitment of the sellers.(3) There are three factors that could effectively predict the performance of career commitment. The three factors are the reward satisfaction, the achievement satisfaction and the self-identify satisfaction in order. And the reward satisfaction is the main prediction factor.(4) There are remakeable interaction between career satisfaction and length of service and education level on career commitment.According to the conclusions, this study provided some suggestions to the companies and sellers.
