Road constructing plays a very important role in social economical activities. The explosion of road construction not only can drive our national economy developing at very fast speed, but also can do every kind of destruction and pollution to the environment elements along the line, such as vegetations, land, natural landscapes, air environment, sound environment and water resource. It is badly needed to make a economical evaluation and research of environment losses made by road constructing to help people quantitatively recognize the severity level of environment losses, complete general measure and economic calculation of ecological road construction, serving for project decision.This thesis used environment economics, systems engineering and the modern evaluation theory etc. as the theory foundation and analyzing tool to make a systematic research of the theory and method on environment losses economical analyzing and economical evaluation of ecological road constructing.First of all, the thesis elaborated the contents and scope of environmental influence of ecological road constructing. On the basis of the characteristics of ecological road constructing, the paper analyzed those influences produced by ecological road constructing, pointed out some principles which should be followed in the environmental incidence determination process in allusion to the characteristics of environmental incidence of ecological road constructing, finally, defined the environmental incidence of ecological road constructing. This is the foundation of environment losses economical evaluation of ecological road constructing.Secondly, the thesis proceeded environment losses economical analyzing of ecological road constructing.
