Research, Competitive Advantage Based On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Industrial Clusters

The industry clusters has become a focus of attention as an industrial organization which implement the development of the regional economy. Industry cluster can create regional competitive advantages, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, improve the efficiency of transaction, reduce transaction costs, get access to external economy, and promote the technological innovation environment, and then impel the development of the regional economy. It is proved well that the industry clusters play a great role in the growth of regional economy. More and more domestic and foreign experts and scholars pay attention to and agree on it. Falling on the occasion of central section revitalization, researches and explorations of new developing strategies and modes for the industry cluster which satisfy the needs of development are particularly important.The main purpose of this paper is to use the theories of Industry Economics, Enterprise Management, Regional Economics, Social Economics and Systems Science, and use the method of combining theory and case studies to reveals the formation mechanism of competitiveness of the industrial cluster and then establish the operational evaluation system used in the evaluation of clusters existed. Qualitative analysis of survey results will be combined to provide more viable proposal for the development of local industry.The main work includes the following aspects. Firstly, several sources of cluster competitiveness are summarized including external economic , social network embeddedness, regional innovation environment and government promote. By taking a representative example to conclude that the four greatest motives' characteristic in development of industry clusters. By analyzing thoroughly the three greatest motives and competitive advantages exist corresponding relations, the writer constructs the model evaluation system to value the important degree of cluster competitive advantage, and concludes that innovation locating the most important position in all competitive advantages. From the perspective of a dynamic system, model of the mechanism driving the competitiveness of industrial clusters is established. Then, an evaluation system was created. the methods and steps to evaluate the competitiveness of the cluster using PCA are given. Finally, the Bio-medicine cluster represented by the cluster from its ability to case study of HuNan,ShangHai and so on ,found that the competitiveness of the Bio-medicine cluster is external economic, social network embeddedness, regional innovation environment and government promotion. But in the development of HuNan's cluster, the competitiveness of regional innovation environment have not been properly upgrade. policy recommendations for the clusters are given.
