In the high dynamic society environment formed by the China reform and open policy and the economical high speed development, Senior managers' competition and adaptive faculty faces with enormous challenge. How to appraisal senior managers scientifically is the important topic which the strategic management, the human resources management faces with.In view of the flaw in the traditional personnel appraises on the thought and the model, this article inducts the Niche theory and the quantification appraisal technology which passes through the evolution to tend to the mature, it can use the unique advantage which Niche appraisal can effective descript the species competition and harmonious coexistence relations. Through qualitative research and quantitive research, it has constructed the senior managers Niche appraisal model.The paper divides into three major parts: the background research, the fundamental research and the empirical studies. The paper's first part elaborated the selected topic significance, the technical way and the logical frame problem; the fundamental research part mainly utilize literature investigation method to research synthetically on the senior managers studies, the social lamination theory and the Niche correlation theories. In this foundation, it has confined the senior managers' Niche connotation, and also establishes this research's rationale. In the diagnosis studies part, firstly it uses the qualitative research to get out the theoretical model of the senior managers Niche appraisal, and in this foundation it has designed the high tube Niche appraisal preliminary questionnaire. Secondly we use exploratory factor analysis to build preliminary model of executives' niche evaluation. On this basis, we design a formal survey to collect data, and prove the model with confirmatory factor analysis. Finally we get a six Dimensions executives niche evaluation model, including education, character training, competency, organization superiority, organizational social responsibility and organization resources.
