Senior management in the enterprise development process plays the role of the main force.In the current economic situation is complex,establish and improve the incentive mechanism for senior management,so as to stabilize the personnel,give full play to the enthusiasm of senior management,The core competitiveness of each enterprise is an important guarantee for long-term sustainable development.This paper combs the theory of incentive and starts from the practical application,through interviews and surveys,analysis of senior managers performance appraisal system and the status of incentive mechanisms to identify problems and causes.On the basis of this,the decomposition incentive model is put forward,and the design principles,measures,methods and practical application suggestions of the incentive mechanism are put forward.The four aspects of performance appraisal,salary and welfare,training and career planning are perfected.Satisfactory effect.This paper argues that the incentive mechanism of managers should be based on the goal management,in the development and implementation of the process to fully consider the fair,humane,diversified to build managers incentive mechanism for other similar enterprises to provide reference value.
