With the acceleration of the globalization process, the China's manufacturing industry had becoming more and more integrative into the world Production Networks and embedded in the relationship-networks among multinational corporations, which benefits the China's manufacturing firms which is underdeveloped comparatively by offer a good exterior source for knowledge learning and then enhances their competence of Internationalization, and also provides us with a new perspective to apprehend the process of Internationalization.This paper first focuses its attention on discussing firm's embeddedness among relationship-networks and from which obtain knowledge by employing social-network relevant theories in perspective of relationship-networks. Then on the basis of Johanson & Mattsson (1988) network model, this paper discusses the process of Internationalization in terms of Multinational network exploiting and on the courses of which the firms how to obtain the relevant Internationalization knowledge through their relationships with other firms, including relevant knowledge match with corresponding relationship-networks and how to obtain Internationalization knowledge on condition of internationalization network development.Base on former discussion, this paper put forward a hypothesis model about Internationalization knowledge obtaining in light of the characteristic of manufacturing network development state in China, which examine the effect of the firm's network embeddedness, knowledge's complexity, gap and learning tendency on Internationalization knowledge obtaining. Experimental study turn out that all the three dimensionalities of relationship-networks embeddedness namely the level of mutual trust, information sharing and interact frequency have a positive effect on the Internationalization knowledge obtaining , so does the learning tendency ,but knowledge's complexity and gap turn out to be not apparent effect or even the very opposite. Some meaningful conclusion has been made and discussed in the end.
