The Research Of The Factors Of High Technology Enterprise Obtaining Knowledge Path

Under the background of today’s technology innovation, knowledge as animportant resource of enterprise innovation brings driving force to the enterprisedevelopment of innovation. Enterprises can’t fail in the stage of technologyinnovation. Nowadays, most of the high technology enterprises have realized theinternal knowledge can’t meet the requirement of the enterprise innovation anddevelopment. In the face of intense technological competition environment,enterprises need to acquire new knowledge from the external knowledge network.Which path do the enterprises obtain new knowledge efficiently from externalnetwork knowledge to improve enterprise innovation performance becomes theresearch emphasis of this paper. This paper find the influence factors of influenceenterprise acquiring external knowledge based on the perspective of structure hole.This paper bases on the network thought of structure hole and also on reading alarge number of relevant literature. Firstly, it analyzes the high technologyenterprise’s traditional paths and finds the problems existing in these paths. Then thearticle builds influence factors of knowledge obtaining paths based on the networkperspective of structure hole. And it also analyzes the relationship between thesefactors and performance of acquiring knowledge. After that, the paper joins theabsorptive capacity as a moderator variable. Under the background of absorptivecapacity, it analyzes the relationship between these factors and performance ofacquiring knowledge. Once again, the study put forward the theoretical model andresearch assumptions of this paper. At the end of the paper, the research takesZhangjiang high-tech industrial park as the research object and obtains the datathrough the form of a questionnaire survey. The paper uses SPSS and AMOSsoftware to carry on the empirical analysis. Three structural equation models areconstructed for the purpose of verifying this article research hypothesis. This studygets the following conclusion: (1) The three dimensions of the relation network: center degree, structural holesdegree and non redundancy recognition and has a positive significant effect on theenterprise’s obtaining knowledge performance.(2) The second-order factor of Center degree, structural holes degree and nonredundancy recognition is network relations degree. Which has positive significantimpact on enterprise’s obtaining knowledge performance.(3) Under the effect of regulating variable of absorptive capacity, the centerdegree, structural holes degree and the non redundancy recognition have anenhancement effect on enterprise’s obtaining knowledge performance. And thenetwork relation degree, as a second order factor, also has an enhancement effect onenterprise’s obtaining knowledge performance to verify that the absorptive capacityhas regulation function.This research has an important role on how high technology enterprise obtainsnew knowledge from external knowledge network efficiently during the process ofenterprise’s innovation and development. Enterprises use the structure holes networkobtaining knowledge path to acquire knowledge constantly so as to improve theobtaining knowledge performance and the core competitiveness of enterprise.
