Enterprise Knowledge Management Capability And The Relationship Of The Degree Of Internationalization Research

Economic globalization and knowledge economy's coming make knowledge become the pivotal economical resource,the hinge that multinational firms struggle to survive in the process of international economic unify is to create,conform,protect and make use of knowledge, which makes international firms pay much attention to knowledge management(KM).This paper discusses the relationship between firm's KM capabilities and its degree of internationalization, striving to help firms definite the direction of KM and improve the degree of internationalization.This dissertation starts with review of abundant literature,clarifies the theoretical rationale of the research,and then devises the scheme of empirical research,including construct a research model about the relatioanship between firm's KM capabilities and its degree of internationalization,put forward hypotheses based on the model,designs survey questionaire and makes investigation in hunan's manufacture enterprises in changsha,zhuzhou and xiangtan.Finally,uses the factor analysis,regression analysis and analysis of variance etc to dispose data,check up hypotheses and disscusses the results.According to the upward analysis,this research turns out that KM capabilities have an positive effect on the degree of internationalization, among KM capabilities'four demensionalities,all have an positive effect on the firm's degree of internationalization except knowledge sharing ability,and knowledge creative ability performs best;KM capabilities' sustainative resource also have a positive influnce on it.Besides, enterprises in different sizes,the relationship differ in its KM capabilities and degree of internationalization, firm's KM capabilities make more positive impact on its degree of internationalization with the enlargement of the firm. Some meaningful analysis and discussion have been made about the demonstration results in the end.
