The western management theory was come into being in American in late 19th.Approximately It went through four period: scientific management theory, managerial scientific theory, theory of relationship and theory of system and the adaptability in tactics. The characteristic of western management is emphasizing knowledge and rationality. The key point is to stand out management system and organizational controlling. However, It is short of the aspect of humanity and the influence of the social culture and psychology which towards to management.The study of the organization management theory in China is far later than the westerns. Roughly It underwent three periods: the management mode of the red socialist area, the Soviet management mode and the modern management mode , which is affected by the western management philosophy. Mostly the study in China adopted the stance, viewpoint and method of Maxism. It stresses taking collective as foremost, and stand out the development of the society. The characteristic of eastern management is to highlight wisdom and humanity. The study of the eastern management philosophy pays much attention to the management principles and ethic aspect, and It is short of the study in management category and the relationship of intersubjectivity. It also lacks the study in the western management philosophy and the Chinese ancient management philosophy. Furthermore, It seldom establish contact with the present management reality in China. Meanwhile, the study can not stand out the feature of China. therefore, the scientific system in management philosophy has not been set up.The practical Hermeneutics of Marxism is a characteristic and interpretative theory which is founded by Marx based on practice. Marx interpreted the notions with a practical vision angle, in this way, he realized a revolution of epoch-making in ontology. And It supplies us a key of understanding the world. The organization is a adaptable and continuously opening ecological system. In the ecological system of organization, the management is also adapatable and dynamic. We should develop what is useful or healthy and discard what is not toward to the traditional subjectivity philosophy based on the division between the subject and the object. The management relationship of the organization should be a relationship of intersubjectivity, the ego and the anti-ego is a relationship of co-existence based on interdependence, interaction and interrelationship. The comprehension and conversation towards to the personnel is the guarantee to form the intersubjectivity in organization management. During the practice of organization management, we should realize the transformation from instrument oriented rationality to value oriented rationality in the values selection. The system restriction in organization should also be combined with humane concerning. The management action in organization is a kind of play , which uses the internal goal of play to instead the external goal, so the management action can go from doing-for-itself to doing-for-consciousness, and work can also become initiative instead of obligation. The management action not only display seriousness but also joyfulness, and the behavior in management is a kind of experience to appreciation of the beauty. The management action embody a character of participation and recreation, at the same time, It must realize the circulation of annotation. As for the management culture in organization, we can use educational molding to foster the value system , and then we utilize the common feature of interpretation and appreciation of beauty to construct the new style of management culture in organization.
