Export Structure

The structure of export goods is closely connected with the overall efficiency of a certain country or an area. Through optimizing the structure of export goods, the foreign export efficiency can be improved and the economical development can be promoted. When China has become the second largest trade country in the world, as an inland province of China—Hunan, the range and level of its joining in the international work division will be deepened and enlarged. So how to improve the export goods structure and promote the strategy transformation is a big issue in the research of Hunan foreign trade.This paper is centered on optimizing the structure of expert goods in Hunan province. First, by means of utilizing the data of Hunan export and world export, we adopt the method of Standard International Trade Classification (SIC) and Comparative Advantages in Quantitative Analysis to assess the structure of export trade from two aspects: sorts and classifications, mainly including the Trade Competitive Index and Revealed Comparative Advantages Index according to the theory of optimizing structure of export goods. In case study, we analyze the transformation tendency of the Hunan export goods structure by processing the Lag-Augmented Vector Autoregressive model in time serials, including the export goods structure,export increasing,economic development and technical advance by utilizing Granger Casualty Test and Generalized Impulse Response Function.
