With the deepening of the reform of the economic system, widening of opening up, and the success of entering into the WTO, the construction industry faces the unprecedented challenges and chances of development. Because of the characteristics of the construction firms'producing and production, the traditional model of management cannot satisfy the demand for developing. There must be a new method of management to replace of the old one, as to promote the development of the industry and the competition of construction companies. Supply chain management can cut down the costs, enhance efficiency, put an end to waste; therefore, it becomes to be focused in the construction enterprises. Logistics center is the main sector to manage and control logistics and supply chain management.The research methods of empirical analysis, theoretical analysis, correlation analysis and systematic analysis are used in this thesis. The integration supply chain includes the following steps: from making every single function of logistics perfect to integrating functions, from interior logistics integration to exterior resource conformity, to supply chain logistics management at last. At first, the logistics center of construction enterprises develops beginning with the single function of logistics management, such as purchasing, storing, processing, distribution. Then it integrates functions and colligates with manufacture processing to interior logistics integration. After these stages, it alliances with suppliers and correlatives develops to supply chain logistics management. At last it realizes external logistics. Under different conditions the logistics center should take different actions, operate in different business models. In this thesis, six parts are included. In the first chapter, it includes the background, some jargons in construction management and supply chain management fields, and collects domestic and overseas researches status with respect to the current topic, together with the purpose and meaning of the research. Then this thesis introduces the logistics management domestic and overseas status in construction enterprises in the second sector. In the third part there are theories of integration supply chain management and the actual conditions to build the logistics center. The important sector is the forth one, it shows that some new operation models of the logistics center in construction enterprises, it takes different operation models under different conditions. In the fifth chapter it sets two examples to test the hypothesis and operation models, one is Material Department of YunNan Construction Group, the other is Material Company of BeiJing Urban Construction Group, analyses and summarizes that the actuality of logistics management in construction enterprises, it states that there are more questions to be solved for the logistics centers,and there are still some obstacles to be solved to apply supply chain management. In the last part it is mainly about the conclusions and suggestions for the further research.The research studies that the logistics center adapts different operation models under different conditions, it can not only widen the fields of supply chain management in construction industry, establish the theoretical foundations for the further researches, but also promote efficient strategies for the implement of the construction supply chain,and then promote cooperation, cut down the costs, enhance core competitiveness of the construction firms in China.
