Research Of Supply Chain Integration Of Logistics Center In Sales Areas

As we know food is becoming more and more marketization. In themarketization process, these are some problems with food such as short-term pricefluctuation, high circulation cost and unguaranteed food quality; therefore, it isimperative to conduct food supply chain integration in sales areas. Food logisticscenter has been built with food storage function, processing function, distributionfunction and so on which traditional food processing enterprise, food storageenterprise, and food wholesale market can’t keep pace with. Therefore, it is animperative trend to set up an efficient and integrated food supply chain based on foodlogistics center in sales areas.The object of study for this paper was food logistics center in sales areas. Thispaper aimed at exploring supply chain integration method and effect for food logisticscenter in sales areas. After researching sales areas, logistics center, supply chainintegration, and some other literature researches, this paper put forward supply chainintegration contents and methods based on food logistics center in sales areas andestablished food logistics center supply chain integration performance evaluationindex system by using BSC model with its basic framework from financial, customer,internal business and learning development. As the supply chain integrationperformance evaluation index had both qualitative analysis and quantitative feature,this study dispose the qualitative indexes by using grey clustering analysis anddispose the quantitative index with fuzzy method, then calculated relative weight ofdifferent index through the expert investigation method using the AHP method, thelast step was calculating the performance score before and after with the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method. After doing all these, the supply chain integrationeffect can be determined. Then this paper took Wuxi food science and technologylogistics center as an example, analyzed the enterprise supply chain integrationmethod and evaluate the effect of supply chain integration, and proposed Wuxi foodsupply chain integration countermeasures based on Wuxi food science and technologylogistics center.The main conclusions of this paper concludes those: the supply chain integrationbased on food logistics center in sales areas contents include basic level integration, plan control level integration and strategic level integration; Integration methods aremainly logistics center internal integration, integration of suppliers, distributorsintegration, information sharing based on the information technology, performanceevaluation and the establishment of strategic partnership, cultural integration, etc.;food supply chain integration performance evaluation system and grey clustering andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation combined with supply chain integration effectevaluation method. Through empirical research of Wuxi food science and technologylogistics center, this paper proves that the supply chain integration method andintegration effect evaluation model based on food logistics center in sales areas hascertain feasibility. This research conclusion has certain significance on other logisticscenter in sales areas for supply chain integration.
