The core of this dissertation is how the YINHUA real estate company after restructuring enhance the competence quickly. Focusing on this core, the dissertation discusses and argues about it from two aspects as follows , in the first place , the plight faced by the YINHUA real estate company before restructuring and existing problems after restructuring , in the second, how to improve the competence of enterprises as soon as possible. First of all, this dissertation taking the theory of "company competence" as the analysis tool, introduces the plight faced by the YINHUA real estate company before restructuring and the status quo and the existing main problems after restructuring .Secondly, this dissertation brings the real estate enterprises' theory - " company competence" into the entire analytical framework, and point out that the improvement of enterprise competence for YINHUA real estate company after restructuring should base on the brand value , the ability to innovate and the customer value for YINHUA real estate company. Basing on the information through market research and the facts reflected by related enterprises, this dissertation points out a series of changes ought to happen in YINHUA real estate company after restructuring. The emphasis for YINHUA real estate company has changed from products and prices to the strategic planning and construction of enterprise, the adjustments of organization, the building of management system, the building of innovative capacity, the training of enterprise staff , the building learning capacity, the building of enterprise culture, and the integrative development of the former factors , and so on . And in the competition , the most basic resources is how to grasp and use the relevant information and resources. At last , focusing on the countermeasures how to master and use the information and resources, and to enhance the competence of enterprises, this dissertation argue that, YINHUA real estate company should take the development and construction of the project-- "YiNHUA-Square " as the basic point, and take the building of item's brand as the basic strategy. And focusing on how to implement this basic strategy ,this dissertation point out the measures in the strategy of layout, exploring, discovering and creating, maintaining, and implementation ,which supports the company competence for YINHUA real estate company's long-term development after restructuring. Around the countermeasures to raise the competence of YINHUA real estate company after restructuring as soon as possible ,this dissertation ends with discussing how YINHUA real estate company after restructuring cultivate competence of enterprises from the strategic changes and the process of implementation of the strategy .
