Enterprise culture and technology innovation are two key factors to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The majority of the coal enterprises paid insufficient attention to the non-technology factors especially culture construction, greatly restricting the sustainable and rapid development of enterprises, foreign scholars study less on the relationship between enterprise culture and technology innovation, scholars have never study on the combination of the technical innovation ability promotion of enterprise culture in coal enterprises.
