Dong Jiu liquors with secret recipe,listed in the top 8 most famous Chinese white liquors,has declined in the market for nearly a decade.In May 2007,the Dongjiu Corporation has been purchased by several private enterprises.The strategy made by its own management team acts as a vital role in determining whether the old enterprise could be recovered and further developing or not.The dissertation aims to form a systematic and integrated developing strategy for Dongjiu Corporation,and to improve it's sustainable,good and rapid development.Furthermore,the further research refer to Dongjiu Corporation will not only be an excellent example for the development of Chinese traditional white liquors but also have a relevant impact to the cultural revival of Chinese traditional liquors.In the dissertation,strategic management theories and methods have been well considered and compared,whose advantages and disadvantages have been carefully analyzed as well,and have been utilized scientifically in the strategic practice of Dongjiu Enterprise.According to these methods and theories,including PEST,Port 5 competitive powers,SWOT analyzing,the internal and external circumstances of Dongjiu Corporation are well analyzed.Then it has been concluded that opportunities and challenges that Dongjiu faces and the predominance and weakness that Dongjiu owns.Eventually the favorable managing strategy has been chosen depends on the above research.Lastly,according to the chosen strategic management,favorable theories and tangible projects could be examined and processed in practices.
