Automobile Brand Dealer (4S Dealer) take marketing service is the needs of branding long-term development, also the certain step of marketing competition develops. The paper based on the theory of marketing-related services and through a large amount of data collection and analysis of the case, for proof the objective needs of marketing service for China's vehicle 4S dealer, then turn on give the recommendations that how to improve China's 4S Dealer marketing services level.The article elaborate the marketing services in the enterprise's important role, and China's 4S Dealer Status at first . Analysis of China's 4S Dealer marketing service carried out an objective necessity, point that services is the major competition in currently and in the future, and is the major problem also.The article will make concrete proposals that how to raise China's 4S dealer service marketing level: Strengthening the concept of products service, services multifunctional; Strengthening customer relationship management; Established competitors relationship management; Established club as brands; Team building; Standardization of service process; marketing promotion of diversification; the improvement of visible display and optimization of services process.The planning and conduct of services marketing is a systematic project, and needs all the levels and departments of enterprises for the long-term cooperation. The article want to give our local automobile 4S dealers that how to conduct marketing service provided for reference.
