The basic characteristics of the information society decided a high degree of mobility of globalization, digitalization and the capital market. Information economy shows effects of economies of scale, the scope of the economy, linking economy and economic growth in information society, and all of which has brought new challenges in the traditional sense of business management theory. As an important part of enterprise management human resources management must also adapt to this change. Electronic human resources (e-HR), as a new management mode, supports increase of the efficiency and the level of management.Beijing Oriental Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd (BOE) is a typical conglomerate, in human resources management work is faced with transactional work hard, group control high demands, manages complex degrees high because of crossing borders and many subordinate enterprises, etc. With the rapid development of BOE, the demands to human resources management are much higher. BOE has an urgent need to increase work efficiency, level of management and control of subordinate enterprises by e-HR. In this thesis, according to theory of conglomerates HR management and the HR management practice and development, with the BOE’s current situation, HR management status and the requirements of e-HR, I will analyze the background, target and requirements of BOE’s e-HR, then give an e-HR solution and design proposal for BOE.In this thesis, there are eight chapters. The first chapter is the introduction on the study signification, contents, methods, etc. The second chapter is the introduction on the e-HR theory, introduces the connotation and development stages of e-HR. The third chapter is the introduction on the BOE, includes BOE’s organization structure, business scope and etc. The fourth chapter is to prove the necessity and importance of BOE’s e-HR solution. The fifth chapter is the target and frame of BOE’s e-HR solution; this is the basic and general outline of the whole solution. The sixth chapter is requirement analysis of BOE’s e-HR, this is the design basis. The seventh chapter is the design of the BOE’s e-HR business functions; this chapter is the main contents of BOE’s e-HR solution, includes the business functions about organization management, personnel management, salary welfare management and etc. The eighth chapter is the plan of BOE’s e-HR technology realizes, includes technical requirement, deploy solution, safety concept, interface and integration solutions. The ninth chapter is the conclusion and prospects.
