The Green Humanities Strategic Studies

A comprehensive and most economic green human-oriented development strategy will be discussed in this paper to meet the new requirements of enterprise's social responsibility and sustainable development, aiming to tackle with contradictions between enterprise and social development with environmental protection.In most current enterprises, breakthrough and development in operation and management is more and more difficult. How to position the value of enterprise in the society, how to identify its role in industrial and value chains, how to coordinate the relationship between employees and owner and how to coordinate relationship between the enterprise and governmental monitoring agencies, are quite difficult. The treatment of relationship between internal and external environment is significant important, while intractable, which is fundamental to future development process and quality for an enterprise.Under such survival background, a fully new survival and development strategy shall be advocated, i.e. enterprise green human-oriented strategy, which will explain the meaning of survival, find out the internal force for development and growth and try to explore the inherence for contabescence from the viewpoint of "human" , the basic element of the society, especially from the view of its social nature, future nature and global nature.The enterprise green human-oriented strategy shall put human-oriented spirit as priority and then discuss its green feature, i.e. sustainable and coordinating with society, nature and ecology. Finally, the discussion is focused on how to apply the outcomes of those concepts into the micro enterprise environment.
