Study Of Supply Chain Management With Enterprise Green Strategy

With the development of human production and economic activities, people havecreated a rich material civilization, but are also destroying the natural environmentand ecological balance. In recent years, the contradiction between the greatdevelopment of human economy and environmental protection of nature has becomethe prominent priority. Many researchers have begun to actively explore this area andput forward the strategic theory of the sustainable green development.This thesis is mainly concerned with the study of the basic theory of enterprisegreen strategy and green supply chain management, combined with the actualsituation of Chinese enterprise, from the perspective of practice. It also expounds thebasic concepts of green strategy and the green environmental protection concept forgreen supply chain management, embodies and visualizes the abstract concept, toenable enterprise managers to quickly grasp the green supply chain managementknowledge system, and deeply understand the enterprise green strategy formation.Because of the complexity of the green supply chain management, this paper analysesthe principles for implementing the main content of green supply chain managementand the relations between each link in the green supply chain. The thesis shows howusing case-based learning, enterprise managers quickly master the main ways of greensupply chain management and effective methods of implementation. Finally, thethesis analyzes the possible factors hindering the implementation of green supplychain management, and puts forward the preventive measures and fundamentalsolutions for these factors, to prevent mistakes in the green supply chain managementand needless loss. On the whole, it provides valuable actual experiences of greensupply and the supporting basic theory for Chinese managers.
