Research On Sustainable Development Strategy Of TCS China

Sustainable development of enterprises includes economy,environment,society,governance,business ethics and other aspects.It has become a global consensus for enterprises to implement sustainable development strategy.To achieve sustainable development,enterprises need to have a clear and feasible strategy as a guide.This paper takes corporate sustainable development as the main line of research from theory to evidence.The main content of this dissertation is divided into eight chapters.Chapter one is the introduction,which introduces the research background.The second chapter is a theoretical review and introduces the analytical tools applied to determine the theoretical basis.The third chapter illuminates the driving factors affecting the sustainable development of TCS from the perspectives of stakeholders,“Triple Bottom Line” theory and corporate governance,and uses ISM tools to outline the hierarchy.The fourth chapter analyzes the external environment.Using PESTNL model to analyze the macro environment of the company,and five forces model is used to describe the competitive environment of the industry.The fifth chapter illustrates the internal environment of the company.The sixth chapter proposes the TCS sustainable development strategy.The seventh chapter elaborates the implementation of sustainable development strategy.Chapter eight is the conclusion.TCS should choose a differentiation strategy to achieve sustainable development.To effectively implement the strategy,TCS needs take the following measures: optimize the organizational structure,enhance the loyalty of “Coral Island” customers,implement the talent supply chain,actively develop IT technology based on “Technology Island” and shape the sustainable local enterprise culture.This paper combines theory with practice and researches the sustainable development strategy of TCS.It can provide some ideas for the strategic management of enterprises in the IT consulting service industry,especially for the multination groups to achieve their localization strategy.
