Guizhou Rural Labor Mobility, Social Capital Research

"Social capital" theory can explain much phenomenon that some theories can not do, it is applied in many fields, the definition of Social capital is still not unity. From the overall view, the thesis analyse Social capital in micro level,midlevel and macro level.The thesis deeply studies the social capital in the rural labor mobility in Guizhou, the literature, survey is adopted, and theory of social capital is tested and developed about labor mobility.Person that is researched is divide four kinds, the first is the labor that work is mental work mainly, the second is the labor that work is physical work mainly, the third is the labor that work is completely physical work, the forth is the labor that want to go out to work but in failure for no ways. In order to study how to social capital effect the kind of work that mobile labor seeked for, The division of person that is researched is from the first to third in rural labor mobility. The forth kind of labor is different from other, depend on it, we can know how to social capital bring into play in the first mobility of rural labor. The data from the person that is researched will enlighten how to develop modern social capital, modern social capital will together with personal capital and material capital construct a full assembly about capital, so in the background, rural labor can mobile freely.Based on the truth analysis, the thesis expresses some author's own ideas and thinking about the construction of modern social capital from microlevel,midlevel and macro level, in order that rural labor mobile freely.
