As the swift development and the gradual standardization of the animal healthcare industry under the management of China government, the competition among the animal healthcare enterprises is keener and keener. Against such background, such strategies as product strategy, price strategy and promotion strategy adopted by various animal healthcare enterprises tend to be similar in substance, and therefore, to establish a unique and efficient marketing channel system with high quality is one of the most practical ways to make one animal healthcare enterprise top others.The general idea and the countermeasures on the improvement of the marketing channel of Hongda company are proposed following to an in-depth understanding of the developing trends and the policy in the market of animal healthcare products, with reference to some relevant theories on channel management, resorting to the survey and sampling research method and the like, and based on the detailed analysis of the environment and the existing problem of the channel construction of Hongda.The existing channel model of Hongda has ever played an important role in its development. However, the channel construction is a dynamic process in which adjustment is needed from time to time. Under the new competitive situation, Hongda has to make material adjustments to the ways and measures of channel construction.First, in order to make the products be more accessible to the end user, a denser market network in countryside has to be established, while the trades with the existing customers are retained. Besides, a team of technical personnel which can operate independently should be organized and added into the existing marketing channel. Moreover, the different existing brands of Hongda should be integrated to avoid the unnecessary losses incurred by the interior competition. Last but not least, Hongda may cooperate with the exterior organizations so as to mitigate the risk of loan.To sum up, the management and the innovation of the marketing channel is an important means for the purpose of the company's development. Only if the management of marketing channel keeps improving, can the company control the market, which will in turn provide a stable basis for the development of the enterprise.
