Nowadays, with the competition vehemence, product quality accordant gradually and the consumer purchases more reasonableness in the cell phone line, the brand upgrade and looking for the competitive advantage of marketing channel have become the competitive focus in the cell phone line. Whether domestic brand or the abroad brand for the cell phone factories, in order to own the higher market quota, they not only develop the products to adapt to the market demand, but own the wide and high-efficiency marketing channel. Domestic brand cell phone factories under the situation of technique and designing in arrear of abroad ones, have occupied near half of market quota, in which the established marketing channel was a very important reason. For the exterior market environment that business enterprise face continuous change and the rival all the time of threat, the improvement of the marketing channel has become the important strategy lesson that Chinese business enterprise face in stage of new market in 21 centuries development.The marketing channel management is a branch of marketing subject.
