Zibo City, The Development Of Forestry Status Quo And Countermeasures

The forestry has such three major functions as the economy, the society and the ecology .Forestry prosperity and development plays important roles in the promotion of ecological environment as well as national and social economic development.. After liberation, Zibo's forestry experienced the start stage, the development stage, the adjustment stage ,paced back and forth stage, promotion stage and the fast development stage, the forestry resources conservation and the modern forestry construction stage, the forest resources cultivation and the forestry industry has developed fast. Summarizing forestry construction achievement, reviewing the Zibo forestry development stage, this article analises the current forestry development current situation. The development of Zibo's forestry has many differences with those of the developed countries of the world compared with china's courrent forestry development and local economic and social development levels . The city and countryside lacks the unified plan in the forestry resources construction process, the city afforesting pursues the landscape neglecting ecology benefit excessively; The investment of countryside area forestry resources is insufficiency, the driving policy is lacked, which restricting the entire macroenvironment afforestation progress; The state-owned tree farm development is unbalanced, the insufficient financial investment is not favor to the long-term, and stable functions of ecological pillar industry .Because the resources protection and management troop is perfect, and infrastructure construction developed slowly, which is not favor to the forest resources sustainable growth; The problems of low level ,small scale issues insufficient investment are not favor to the functions of benefit enhancement as well as radiation.The paper analizes the current situations of forestry industry of Zibo, putting forward the viewpoints of forestry resources construction and development planning based on the characteristic of Zibo city and the goal of city forest ecologic system integrating the rural and urban areas. The paper also gives suggestions to the sustainable and coordinated development of forestry ecological construction and forestry industry of Zibo based upon the analysis of problems existing in the forestry resources construction and industrial development, etc.
