The development of international trade is not only accelerating the process of economic globalization, but also has influence on the environment. For example, the green trade barriers manifest the disharmony between trade and environment. With the growing international trade of Jiangsu Province, the impact on the environment is also increased. In order to advocate the harmonious development between international trade and ecological environment, the study of coordinating the relationship between trade and environment has theoretical and practical significance. This paper selects industrial wastewater, industrial waste gas, industrial sulfur dioxide and industrial solid waste to study. The correlation analysis between international trade and pollution emissions shows that there is a clear correlation of the total international trade and industrial wastewater, industrial waste gas, industrial sulfur dioxide and industrial solid waste. In particular, the total volume of trade and industrial waste gas, industrial solid waste is highly correlated. There are environmental Kuznets curve establishments of four types of pollutants and the total international trade by using1990-2010international trade and environmental data in the article. The result shows that industrial wastewater and industrial sulfur dioxide meet the inverted "U" shape, and the inflection point is in2007and2005; industrial waste gas is the "N" type upward trend, the inflection point is in2006.At last industrial solid waste and the total trade is the linear relationship. This paper, based on environmental input-output model, using the latest comparable tables and related environmental pollution data of Jiangsu Province in2005and2007, measures the emissions of four pollutants including industrial waste gas and wastewater, etc., and calculates the pollution content of exports (imports), the pollution content of per unit of exports (imports) and pollution terms of trade. The analysis shows that:(1) Jiangsu Province is in the situation of pollution surplus which is mainly caused by international trade surplus.(2) In2005, Jiangsu Province had not yet become "pollution havens", however it began to have comparative advantage in pollution-intensive industries in2007, and the pollution terms of trade has deteriorated.(3) Reasonable adjustment of the structure of international trade in Jiangsu Province has achieved certain results. At the end, this paper suggests the government to optimize the industrial structure; to develop the environmental industry; to adjust the structure of energy etc.
