General land use planning is the "dragon head" of the land resource management. It is the basic measure to collocate reasonably the land resource and regulate macroscopically the national economy and play an important role in the land resource management in our country. With the increasing acuity of conflict between the land and the people, analyzing objectively the status of the social economical system and land use, forecasting future land use by scientific and feasible method and reasonably distributing the land resource among the different departments of the national economy according to the fact of the development of the social economy is the core of general land use planning and the key to the maneuverability and the actualization of general land use planning.In this dissertation, firstly, the author generalize the basic theory and methods of general land use planning and introduce the basic theory of system dynamics(SD) and multi-object planning(MOP), base the detail research of the method of land use planning and the analyses of the deficiency of the current technique of general land use planning, the author propose a method of general land use planning base on the SD and SD-MOP Integrated Model. Secondly, the author study the feasibility and superiority of the SD-MOP Integrated Model and the integration process and the building method of the model, then take Whu Han Huang Pi for example, the construct of the model, the estimation of the model parameter and the identification and optimization of the sensible parameter are studied carefully, meanwhile, the simulative run of the model and the result analyses are made, which fish out a new method for the project study of general land use planning. Finally, the application of SD-MOP Integrated Model in general land use planning and land science study is analyzed and prospected.
