Off In The Economic Market Process In The Level Of Empirical Research

It is the 30^th year since we carry out the reform aiming at constructing the mechanism of the socialist market economy. The report of 17th National People's Congress has clearly pointed out that making significant progress in perfecting the mechanism of the socialist market economy is the key to reaching the goals of economy development in the future, which guides us that the fundamental function of market in Resource Allocation should be better played institutionally and playing the role of market mechanism should be highlighted. In the 11th Five-Year Plan, the CPC Central Committee has cleared that during this period, even next quite a long time, promoting the coordinated development between the different regions will be the theme of regional policies in China. Under the condition of market economy, the experience from abroad to home shows that efficiency or growth should be gained by the effective market mechanism, which is important to achieve the development of society and economy. So it is necessary to analyzing and comparing the conditions of development under the market mechanism in each region. By constructing the relevant frame and using datas to calculate scores of marketization, the process of marketization in the whole country and each district can be showed.Based on Guanzhong district, looking ahead the whole country, this paper analyzes the level of marketization process in Guanzhong disitrict from industry development, government performance and opening abroad by constructing the frame. At the same time, the frame is also used in comparing the whole country with Guanzhong district in order to recognize the relevant position in the whole country.After the construction of frame, the scores of marketization in the whole country and Guanzhong district can be attained by using the principal component analysis on the basis of relevant datas. So do the three secondary frames. By comparing the scores of the two areas, we can find that the score of whole process of marketization in Guanzhong district is higher than that in the whole country; the same result can also be get from the three secondary frames. Based on the analyzing results, it is concluded that the whole process of marketization in Guanzhong district is faster than that in the whole country in the recent years, which can be proved from the three different secondary frames affecting the whole level. After gaining the relevant scores, according to the principal component loading and relevance between the indicators, we choose and categorize them, which is the basis of final conclusions and suggestions.This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, aims and the frame of research in this paper. The second chapter is the review of relevant research, which mainly refers to the accomplishment of previous research. The third chapter introduces the construction of frame and method of empirical analysis. The fourth and fifth chapters mainly refer to analyzing the datas of the whole country and Guanzhong district andcomparing the results of the two. Based on the scores of Guanzhong district from 2001-------2005 inthe previous chapter, according to the eleventh planning frame of the development of national economy and society in Shaanxi province and unique regional advantage in Guanzhong district, the fourth chapter provides relevant suggestions.
