2008financial crisis are still fermenting, global economic growth is still in the slowprocess of recovery. As a new economic power, the impact of China cannot be ignored.Though the automotive industry is the most important industry in China, it still cannotcompete with other foreign auto manufacturers. Domestic auto industry layout scattered,small, so it cannot take full advantage of economies of scale effect which makes theChinese automobile manufacturers faced with many real risks.The automotive industrial policy issued by the State Council explicitly encouragedthe merger and reorganization in the automobile industry. In this context, merger andreorganization in the automobile industry becomes an effective way to promote the rapiddevelopment of the domestic automobile manufacturers. However, the behavior of mergerand reorganization also often faces high risks. Therefore, the study on human resourceintegration is particularly important. Based on the study of DFQC’s merger andreorganization to FJQC and the relevant theories of merger and reorganization and humanresource, this paper analyzed the background and motivation of DFQC’s merger andreorganization to FJQC through empirical research and the investigation and analysis ofthe enterprise organization structure and current situation of human resource of FJQC.Meanwhile, it also analyzed the problems existed in the process when DFQC merged andreorganized FJQC, and elaborated these relevant problems on the employee’s individuallevel and enterprise management level. Moreover, relying on the investigations made bythe third party and combining with the actual situation, this paper put forward somecorresponding strategies for human resource integration. Through setting the goals ofhuman resource integration, i.e. the goals of smooth transition, system guarantee, reserveof talents, conquering the drawbacks, effective motivation and cultural integration in theprocess of human resource integration, this paper raised several plans and strategies fromthe aspects of personnel structure, salary system and cultural integration, which weremainly the optimizing strategy of organization structure, optimizing strategy of personnelstructure, overall planning of performance assessment, overall incentive strategy andcultural integration strategy. And it also put forward some supporting measures to promote human resource integration at the same time. The concrete structure of this paper isdivided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction which mainly elaborated thebackground and significance of selecting this topic; The second chapter mainly introducedthe relevant theoretical basis of the human resource integration in merger andreorganization; The third chapter analyzed the background and motivation of DFQC’smerger and reorganization to FJQC; The forth chapter analyzed the problems existing inthe human resource integration in the process of merger and reorganization; The fifthchapter put forward corresponding strategies for human resource integration; The sixthchapter is the conclusion.
