Analysis Of Poverty-stricken Areas Of Rural Social Security System,

Improvement of the poverty-stricken areas of rural social security system is not only the urgent needs for adapting to the socialist market economic development and changes, regulating income distribution, narrowing the wealth gap, and timely and effectively protecting basic rights and interests of farmers, but also objective requirements for promoting economic and social stability and development in rural areas and building new socialist countryside. By studying China's development process of the social security system and rural social security status in poverty-stricken areas, this article analyzes the reasons why poor rural areas lay behind the development of the social security. According to the difficulties and challenges which China's poor rural areas of social security faces, it puts forward some responses and measures to speed up building a social security system in poor rural areas. This article also provides some inspiration to further improve the social security system in poor rural areas. It aims to make some contributions to sounding social security system in rural areas which suits the level of economic development.Apart from the introduction, the full text, which is about 30,000 words, is divided into four parts.The first part gives a detailed statement of the concept, the formation, the contents and the characteristics of the social security system. And it also analyses the significance and function of the social security system thoroughly. This paper proposed the academic value and practical significance of the topics.The second part Elaborate the development process of the social security system in rural areas.The third part discusses the present situation of the development of social security in the poor rural areas, and puts forward some present problems, like, the single form, the low level, the small community the low socialization, and function. In this part, it also analyzes the main causes of these problems, and the plight and challenges of the social security in the rural areas.The fourth part elaborates that the farmers in the poor areas enjoy the legal basis and realistic foundation of the social security and proposes that the principles should be followed by improving the social security system in the poverty-stricken rural areas. This part also deeply explores the effective way of the social security system construction in the poor areas. Besides, the part elaborates the three basic social security system construction content—the low living security, the aged insurance and a new cooperative medical care, and proposes the advanced means and improved measures separately.
