With the increased rate of employee turnover to achieve personal career goals, rather than accept organizationally-directed career paths, the trend of human resource liquidity gets stronger and stronger. Coupled with the increased frequency of workplace interventions and changes, ranging from the individual to organizational levels, more and more newcomers show up in organizations, hence, how to have the newcomers get used to the new environment, and have they quickly contribute and function in their organization? It became one of the organization main concerns newly. And it is exactly the focus of organizational socialization science.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part introduced the thesis research background, significance and framework. First of all, from two aspects elaborated the research background of this article, on the one hand, from the aspects of domestic employee turnover rate in recent years, the new proposed in this paper, the realistic background, on the other hand the cited literature analysis at home and abroad in this paper, the theoretical background of; Secondly this paper expounds the purpose of this study, analyzed from two aspects of theoretical significance and practical significance of this article research significance; At the same time, through the chart is given in this paper, research framework, and briefly in this paper, the research methods.The second part of literature review.
