Analysis At This Stage Of China's Personal Income Distribution Disparity

Income distribution has always been the hot issues and tough questions in the economic society, which is related to the vital interests of every social member. Especially at present when the gap of income distribution is generally enlarging in our country, it appears very important to solve this problem. Because currently our market economic reform has already entered the key stage. Various social contradictions mainly based on the interests are intricate. If the problem of income distribution is not properly solved, the social contradictions will be intensified. Thus it will threaten the sustained development of economy and the long-term stability of the society. For this reason, many scholars have carried on deep and painstaking researches into the current gap of income distribution from different angles and aspects. And then they also advanced many valuable theories and suggestions. But through learning, I find there are still many problems which are worth discussing and studying.So based on the review of home and abroad viewpoints, this paper is guided by the income distribution thoughts and practices of three-generation leaders in our party, and profits the reasonable elements from the western economic theories. And then from both marketing and governmental levels, I deeply analysis the reasons why the gap of income distribution in our country can be formed. I thought: the market mechanism is the general reason cased the income gap; the government improper intervention is the special reason expanded the income gap. Especially as regard the government intervention, because our government has not formed the scientifically rational value orientation and the goal principle, the Income distribution policy are often influenced by vested interest groups. It leads to the dislocation, vacancy and offside in the government intervention. Finally this cased the reform of income distribution become complex. Therefore, we must solve the problem of income gap from marketing and governmental two aspects. We should emphatically investigate the goal principle of government regulation in income distribution, and perfect the regulation and control system and means, in order to improve the effects which our government regulate the income distribution. Eventually we hope it can reduce the income gap, and then create the condition for constructing harmonious society.
