On The Issue Of Income Distribution Justice Under The Background Of Resource-based Economic Transform In Shanxi Province

Fairness and justice,which is the society ideal of every social member, plays a key role in coordinating the relations of income distribution.The fairness of income distribution is a fundamental issue of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is closely link to the interests of all Chinese people.So reducing income distribution disparity is the objective demand for us to regard achieving, advancing and protecting the fundamental benefit of the overwhelming majority of the people in China as the central starting point and aim of all the work of the party.Shanxi,as the most typically resource-based province of China,thrives and decays for coals,so transition has been the objective demand and inevitable choice of sustainable development.In recent years,inhabitant income distribution distance have been increased in Shanxi, mainly exist between rural and urban areas, different regions, different lines.The income situation and living security of low-income group has not been improved fundamentally and unequal distribution has been the an increased focus that can not be ignored which has seriously restricted the economic transition and the achieving of common prosperity of Shanxi.Therefore,it has a immediacy in reality and important instruction significance to research distributive justice in this background.In the perspective of Marxism theory of income distribution justice,my essay mainly uses material method, multiple-cross analysis, logic method and the combination method of normative analysis and empirical analysis,according to the trace of raising,analyzing and resolving problems,basing on the background of economy transformation of resource-based city to analyze the present situation of income distribution in Shanxi and reveal the reason of unfair distribution,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.This article is divided into four parts.Part one : illustrate the purpose of this topic,the research status at home and abroad,and the methods.Part two:define the related conception of resource-based economy and fair distributing income,interpret the Marxism theory of income distribution justice-the guiding ideology of this paper.Part three:describe the present situation of transition of resource-based economy and fair distributing income in Shanxi,analyze the reason of unfair distribution based on the particularity of the transition of resource-based economy of Shanxi.Part four:according to the analyses above,try to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions toshrink the gap of income and promote social fairness and justice.
