Since the Reform and opening-up, a huge Wealth gap between rich and poor is increasing in China. It creates a lot of economic inequality. However, Inequality does not mean unfair directly. This paper uses2006China General Social Survey (CGSS2006) data to analyze the view about economic inequality of Chinese people. The outcome shows that there is a strong consensus that low-status working class is underpay. The sense of Distribution Justice of Chinese People is higher than most western countries, because of underestimate the inequality in the real society. People who have low socio economic status are more likely believe that all the other people are underpay in Chinese society. And People who have a little higher socio-economic status than the bottle are more likely believe that the Wealth gap between rich and poor in Chinese society is unreasonable. Cultural capital is more legitimate than economic resource and power resource in the process of inequality intergenerational transmission.
