With the acceleration of the pace of internationalization of the domestic market and the internationalization of the domestic hotel industry,the competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The hotel,as a business organization,has been fully aware of that the value of personnel is the key to promote the initiative factors of the effectiveness of enterprise management continuously improve,the various stakeholders together with the business organization should establish a stable,long-term healthy growth situation.Therefore,it is necessary to use the scientific theory of organizational behavior to guide,and to improve the learning ability of the hotel organization.Based on the analysis of the relationship between organizational learning and hotel performance,this paper analyzes the process and elements of hotel organization learning based on the GL hotel.Through the organization of internal research,I make a SWOT analysis of the status quo of organizational learning,then the organizational learning in the hotel work will be reflected.Finally,according to the analysis of research results and the relevant data,I put forward some suggestions to promote comprehensive hotel organization learning ability,which from the strategy,process,knowledge,organizational and technical aspects.
