In the bilateral trade friction between the United States and China,the main problem is the United States antidumping against Chinese export.Along with the countries of the world taking part in WTO one afer another and the reduction of the no-tariff barrier between the countries,antidumping is gradually turning into a tool for individual countries to protect domestic trade.It is embodied in the trade frictions between the United States and China.Since the government carried out the policy of reformation and opening to the outside world,the Economic of China increases rapidly. Therefore,the Sino-America trade developed rapidly.And the United States now became into the second trade partner of China,only next to EU.However,the United States recently put forward antidumping reproach against China for many times.According to the statistics,the United States have initiated 118 antidumpng investigations towards China by the end of 2005,on top of other countries.The rrtain traits of the United States antidumping against China as follows:with the support of theories such as non-market economy,predatory pricing,and so on,the United States took the surrogate countries prcing and leving high tariff as the weapons and implement trade protectionism so as to raise the international competitiveness of their export commodities and domes'tic enterprise.For China,on the one hand,there are many imperfect aspects in the market mechanism.For instance,the system of financial and law comes apart from intemational, which makes it difficult calculate the normal value of the export products crectly.On the other hand,the business accounting system of Chinese enterprise backward,it is difficult for them to offer legal and effective evidience in the face of the United States antidumping reproach.More over,the Chinese exporters often evade the antidumping and confront litigation inactively.In addition to that,China is short of international contingent of lawers.It is not easy to win the case even though the enterprises respond actively.The dissertation is focused on the issues such as the origin,essence,theory basis of the United States antidumping against China,and the current situation,problem, countermeasures for Chinese government and enterprise fight against the United States's antidumping.Apart from preface and conclusion,the dissertation is divided into five chapters.In the first place,the dissertation is going to discuss the relative concepts of antidumping and the essence in the United States antidumping against China.Secondly, it is up to the analysis of the current situation and problem for Chinese government and export enterprise fighting against the United States antidumping.Thirdly,we will research into the constructive countermeasures for the China against the United States antidumping.Finaly,the dissertation prospects the antidumping between China and the United States.
