Qingdao County Sustainable Economic Development Problems And Countermeasures

The county economy is the basic unit of the economic and social structure, which is relatively independent and perfect. If the county economy develops and makes new breakthroughs, the overall economy will develop and get to a new level. The development of the county economy is one of the premises of the country's development. In the socialist market economic conditions, the county economy is the connecting link and the most direct operating platform of the "five balances". It is the key factor of the regional competitiveness, and it is an important foundation for economic development and social stability. Only the sustainable development of the county economy within a comprehensive understanding of the external environment, can we do in light of local conditions to male scientific strategies for sustainable development of the county economy, thus promoting regional economic develop healthily, rapidly and sustainably.In the thesis, the sustainable development of county economy in Qingdao was studied. County area in Qingdao accounts for 90 percent; with 60 percent of the population, but accounting for only 50 percent of the total economic output, only 40 percent, of the city's tax revenue t less than 30 percent of, the fiscal revenue, which suggests that the county economy in Qingdao is not developed and also shows that the county economy in Qingdao is a potential and staying power. In the future, the development of the county economy must be emphasized, and only if the county economy comes to a high level, can we really achieve the prosperity, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern international city building strategic objectives, and also ensure that the development of Qingdao can always be in the forefront of the country.First, the thesis explained the importance of accelerating the county economy in Qingdao after studying the opportunities from the international industrial transfer, the regional industrial restructuring, the industry position in Qingdao, and the position and role of the county economy in Qingdao economic and social development, as well as coordinating urban and rural development, a new socialist countryside construction, and other policy factors for the county's economic development. Then, the thesis studied the basic theory of county economy development, the basic connotation of the county economy, the basic characteristics of the county economy and sustainable development theory, using the regional economic integration theory, regional growth poles theory, comparative advantage theory and other related economic theories, and combining the realities, analyzed the gaps and deficiencies of he county economy in Qingdao from the aspects of the county economy in overall competitive strength, industrial level, the degree of intensive, industrial planning, human resources, financial bottlenecks, and other aspects of the main problems. Finally, the thesis put forward the strategic concept and the targeting position of the sustainable development of county economy in Qingdao in the future and gave the countermeasures and suggestions from scientific planning, restructuring, private economy, urban construction, financial services, improving the environment and other aspects.
