Public Policy Of Social Security Housing Assessment Study

Social security housing is in the initial development stage in China. The differentiation ofcity social class and city space influences and hinders the city's movement to some extent.Therefore, it's important to construct a social security housing supply management systemand its evaluation system with Chinese characteristics according to Chinese nationalconditions.The dissertation reviews the evolution of China's social security housing system and definesrelevant concepts such as social security housing, public policy, etc., proposes to introducethe research achievements of William·N·Dunne concerning public policy systems to forman policy evaluation system of the social security housing policies.During the method construction stage, the dissertation divides relevant elements of the policyevaluation system of the social security housing policies into three stages: Verification of theactual effect of the specific goal of such policies; confirmation of actual effect of relevantparties of policies; demonstration of the actual effect on the policy environment. Then, itconstructs the policy evaluation model of the domestic social security housing policy, formsthe evaluation conclusion on actual effect of the policies, and proposes correspondingadjustments and suggestions on implementation of remedies.During the demonstration and research stage, in order to further explain operation of themodel in specific cases, the thesis takes Gucun Community in Baoshan District of Shanghaias the case and carries out the initial application and practice demonstration of the model.
