Even in the country with similar economic system, the conaete national condition been different, its public housing policy pattern also has the certain difference.On comparing among the typical western nations with unique housing policy pattern such as US, Germany, Singapore, England, we can find something in common, no matter the economic form, the economic system, the public housing policy display as several kind of forms, these kind of typical forms have its advantages respectively, which has many significances to our country's public housing policy pattern design.Since the reform of housing system, the domestic economists paid more and more attentions in studying the experiences of other countries in solving the housing problem, but most of the researches either turn to certain aspects such as the organization system the government taken, or to a certain country, yet it's necessary to carry out a thorough research on the measure adopted by the governments in solving mid and low income families' housing problem, that is, the public housing policy.The learning from others, may attack the jade.
