As a leader of steelmaker in China, the resignation rate of company T is very high in recent years, which not only brings some problems to its human resource department but also makes high pressure to its management. So how to keep and use employee properly has became the emphases of human resource managing at company T. According to the current human resource condition, the Countermeasures are raised by factors analysis of employee resignation of the company in the paper, which may improve the employee satisfaction and reduce the resignation rate at company T.Many means are used in the paper to analyze and research the causes of employee resignation of company T. Some employee resignation factors were found out through some analysis methods such as qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, deep talk and questionnaire survey etc. The potential influence factors of the resignation at company T are also studied in the paper, meantime the Countermeasures such as employment, use, inspiration and career plan are proposed to deal with the problems.Through the paper, some common problems and countermeasure of HR managing at company T are well known, which would be helpful to understand and solve the same problems at large or middle scale state-owned companies.
