The construction industry has always been an important part of China's economy and has made tremendous contributions to the development of China's economy.In recent years,with the“90s” employees entering the construction industry in a large amount,their turnover rate has remained high,causing great losses to construction companies.Therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to study the reasons for the dimission of the “90s” employees of construction enterprises,explore feasible solutions and provide a reliable basis for the developing the state-owned construction industry.This paper first studies the related literature at home and abroad,defines the concept on this basis,summarizes the theoretical basis of the dimission of the “90s”,and determines to analyze the influence factors of the dimission of the “90s” by combination of the offline form of self-developed questionnaire and interview and the online form of analysis on the effectiveness of questionnaires and data processing.This paper takes X state-owned construction enterprise as an example to make the case analysis.X Corporation is a large state-owned construction enterprise with strong power and great influence in the domestic construction industry.As of 2017,about one fifth of the employees in the enterprise were born in the 1990 s,so this example is representative.Finally,on the basis of analysis,the author gives feasible preventive measures and suggestions on the phenomenon of the dimission of the “90s” employees in X state-owned construction enterprise.The study shows that one of the important reasons for the dimission of “90s” employees in X Corporation are salary and welfare.Second,most “90s” employees believe that the biggest problem in their previous jobs is that they have no opportunity to improve themselves.Moreover,X Corporation is not a company with enough tolerance and acceptance,and its corporate culture lacks such inclusiveness.In response to these influencing factors,this paper proposes countermeasures that can help Company X improve their management system: First,optimize management.Establish a comprehensive employee career system,formulate clear job descriptions and job specifications,develop an open,transparent and fair internal recruitment system,develop a reasonable employee training plan and organize an internal promotion system;second,improve the performance management system of Company X.Optimize the way of performance appraisal,ensure the connection between performance management and corporate strategy and improve the performance information management system;third,improve the remuneration system of enterprises.Ensure that the corporate compensationsystem meets fairness,competitiveness and motivation.
