Analysis Of Farmers' Interests Protection And Countermeasures

In our country, peasants' problems are always important for the Party and the nation, however, the peasants' interests can be well protected is the core. At present, our peasants' economic, political and cultural interests have been realized to a large extent, but in many aspects ,the peasants' interests haven't been fully satisfied and even been deprived of, which has become one big impediment for the national economic development and the reform's carrying on. Therefore, understanding the peasants' interests' problem scientifically and dealing with it correctly under the new historic situation have become one of the core issues of the Party and the state. Studying the protection question of the peasants' interests is the important subject for us to solve the peasants' problem.This text has analyzed and discussed the current problem of the peasants' interests, and can be departed into a forward and three parts.The first part mainly summarizes that how the three generation leadership of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin make efforts to value and realize peasants' interests based on the actual situations under different historic period and different conditions. It mainly points out the measures' taking and experiences' accumulated by Mao Zedong,Dong Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin for the protection of the peasants' interests after the reform and opening up. The precious experience accumulated during the process of resolving peasants' interests by every generation leadership of our Party can still be useful reference for our further well-rounded development of peasants' interests nowadays.The second part mainly analyze the state quota of the protection of our peasants' interests, including some achievements as well as some problems. It also mainly concentrate on discussing the current existing problems, in the hope of taking measures to solve these problems for that coming up problems is the basis to solve them, so that we can protect our farmers' interests. I specially carry on concrete study to the insufficient protection even the outflow of the peasants' interests.The third part talks about the significant meaning of protecting peasants' interests and puts up with some measures and resolutions to solve and realize most of the peasant' interests. It mainly based on these aspects such as the system construction , the way of resolution. Our government put forward some tentative plans to solve the peasants' interests, in the hope of getting the peasants' interests fully realized and developed. By doing this, we can better achieve the goal of constructing our new socialist countryside and our new harmonious society.
