With the good national economic construction progress, Chinese various types of urban construction and basic construction has been completed. In 2007, due to the high CPI, economy become overheating .Although the state's investment of various types of construction will continue to maintain at a certain level, the growth will inevitably slow down or even declined. In the face of slowing down growth in the domestic construction market, the competitiveness between Chinese building enterprises will become more and more intense in the future for a long period of time. At the same time, because of the energy shortage and raw material prices fluctuating have a tremendous negative impact on economy and the depreciation of the dollar caused by United States' subordinated debt, Chinese enterprises profits will be eroded more quickly. So choosing the right competitive strategy is very important for construction enterprise in such environment.Author think in a comprehensive and in-depth way as the military construction enterprises by the basic theory of strategic management in this article. At first, the articles use the "PEST" theory to analyze the legal, political, economic, social and technology environment which construction enterprise be front with. Then analyze the construction industry's environment by "value chain" and the "industry's life cycle of the principle" . After this effective analysis to the forces which cooperation be in by "five forces model" . Author use "SWOT" and "VRIO framework" to carry out an in-depth study to specific cooperation's strengths and weaknesses of internal, opportunities and threats of external and cooperation's core competence. After the above analysis author carry out the contrast on the Michael·Porter's three competitive strategies thesis and chosen the "differentiation" as the competitive strategy at last. Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy of differentiation, the article made specific method for the implementation of the strategies, from research and development, brand management , customer service and quality control fully reflect the differentiation.The production scale and economic benefits increased at the same pace at present, Economic indicators for new heights. But at the same time, the scale of fixed asset investment growth in the past four years has declined year by year. The speed of Construction market's expansion is slowing down. A highly competition has caused tremendous pressure for the development of enterprises. Papers submitted that on the premise of maintain the existing business resources, relying on university and scientific researching institutions. Strengthening technological innovation; from the brand positioning, the dissemination of to strengthen the brand management. Strengthening construction enterprises' expansion, from the feasibility study, design, construction advisory services and after-sales service to enhance the quality of services to customers and realize the differentiation and enhance its competitiveness. In view of the current state of their own, this article mainly focus on the domestic market analysis, papers hasn't discuss the international market and the internationalization of enterprises. At the same time, as a result to of fewer foreign construction companies in the domestic market, and its market share is less, the article haven't mentioned of the analysis of the strength of this part of the enterprise.
