As the countdown approaching for all the preparation being on place of the "Shanghai World Expo 2010" , this city Shanghai is trying to host this memorable event with presenting to the world the "Better City, Better Life" image. However, come along with the colorful activities of the Expo, also bring us the various risks which in any critical circumstances, the damages will occur and hurt to the host country. Thus, the Expo organizers are enthusiastically looking for the preventive to all the possible risks.By quoting from the Qualitqative analysis and Human Factors managing theory of the Risk Management, below article predicated the overall risk assessment for Shanghai World Expo 2010 and also further discussed the instance to the highest ratio of the most damages liability risk, thereby propose the solution with focusing on observe the exhibition discontinuance and expenses loss liability risk as the core issue which caused by our current insurance policy structure is not able to inclose .Insurance as the important means of risk management, which majorly reflected in the risk control recommendation and risk-transferring products establishment etc…Joined with the analysis of risk origination, The article suggested a series of pointed strategy to the risk control as well as proposing the custom-made insurance product in case the Expo exhibition discontinuance and expenses loss risk happening.When considering to avoid the existing risk of the Expo 2010, the article also provide the beneficial research to the aspects of how to relocate the risk by commercial operating method when government organized enormous functions, therefore decrease the pressure to the governmental finance.
