Working Capital Management In The Application Of Fast Moving Consumer Goods Companies

With economic development, the environment of FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) enterprises became more and more competitive. The FMCG enterprise survival and development depends to management of enterprise. Working capital management is a very important part of FMCG enterprise management. Working capital management level height affects the enterprise certain time profit level height.Starting from the theory of working capital and working capital management, this thesis goes into detail about the contents of working capital management, for example, cash management, accounts receivable management, inventory management, current liabilities management and venture management. This thesis also analyzes the working capital management status of enterprise A, and introduces much experience in the working capital management of enterprise A. The last part tries to identify the shortcoming of enterprise A and makes some suggestions.This thesis uses the theory of financial management, accounting and management.
