In this study,we use the methods of searching the literature,conversation,open-ended questionnaire to investigating the Corporate Culture Alienation and Psychological Capital.We pose the theoretical assumptions of Corporate Culture Alienation.After the beginning of measurements and the corresponding statistical analysis,formatting the formal questionnaire.The formal questionnaire composed of two questionnaires:Corporate Culture Alienation questionnaire and Psychological Capital questionnaire.We use the questionnaire to investigate the employees, through correlation analysis,factor analysis,ANOVA,LSD multiple comparison analysis, regression analysis,analysis of statistical methods,we find that:Through factor analysis of enterprise employees,the sense of corporate cultural alienation has five aspects:sense of charged,sense of isolation,non-normative sense,sense of harmony and sense of meaningless;through factor analysis of the psychological capital composed by four components: hope,optimism,tenacity and self-efficacy,the structure basically the same with our theoretical assumptions.From the correlation analysis of corporate culture alienation and psychological capital,we found that the dimension of corporate culture alienation and the dimension of psychological capital whole or part significantly correlated.
