If the printing company wants to develop and to be stronger,they should pay more attention to the enterprise management.6S spot management is the base of enterprise management which is the first lesson for the mangers of printing company.The Chinese printing company has passed the rough seedtime.Because of the behindhand management,especially the behindhand working-spot management,the quality of product can't be ensured,and there are many problems in the printing companies,like production safety and so on.What the company should do is to improve the management,and refine the management.6S working-spot management is the base for all the management.If the printing company wants to improve the management,what they should do is 6S working-spot management firstly.The subject of the paper is 6S in the printing company.On the base of investigation of the printing company in China,I will design a mold for 6S.for printing company"6S" is a working-spot management method coming from Japan.Many experiences indicate that it can bring significant improvement of all-round performance(such as finer image,lower cost.less delivery time,safer working,higher standardization,more comfortable working place, etc.)in an organization.In recent years,the 6S working-spot management is used widely around the world.The subject of the paper is 6S working-spot management in printing company,I try my best to form a model for 6S working-spot carrying out in printing company.In the process of model research,the way of diagnoses,quantitative analysis and case analysis is used and the 6S management theory is also studied.In the first part,I analyze the status of printing industry in China.this is the background of the research of 6S working-spot management,and I talk about the aim of the paper and general content.Then I introduce the development of 6S in the world.In the second part,the contents and origin of 6S is introduced firstly,then the relation of elements of 6S.In this part.I also talk about the meaning of 6S working-spot management for printing company and the relation between 6S and the High-level management(TQM,Standardization,ERP).In the third part,at the basis of research of 6S basic theory and case studies,I design the method for 6S layout in printing company.In the fourth part,I talk about the process of 6S in weihai redsun printing company,analyze the effect of 6S layout,summarize experience.In the last part,the whole thesis is looked back and I refer about the research direction in the future. |
