On The Development Of Basic Education And Human Resource Development

Human resources is an important factor in the state's economic and social development,and education is one of the most important way to develop the human resources.As the basis of the develop system in the human resources,The Basic education directly impact on the development and the accumulation of human capital.During the key period of development,as the big country of population and education, the advantage of huge human resource doesn't convert into the advantage of huge capital now,therefore,thinking back to the basic education affecting the development of human resources and developing it have realistic meanings.Form the angle of the basic education and the development of human resources,the author analyzes the great effect of basic education on human resources,the current situation and the problem of China human resources,and improve the way of the development of human resources by reforming the basic education.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is elaborating the concept.It contains the contents,the characteristics of human resources,and the concept,the meaning,the manner and the way of developing human resources. The second part is theoretical analysis.It Considers the general situation of basic education and analyzes its promoter effect on the development of human resources.The third one is realistic investigation.It analyzes the present situation and problem of the development of human resources.The last part is the proposals.The author suggests that we may improve the development of human resources by the reform of basic education.
