Based On Supply And Demand Empirical Analysis Of Rural Timeshare Tourism Research

Nowadays,the vigorous development of rural tourism has been a new way of tourism development,which is colligated with agriculture and tourism,the primary industry,secondary industry and the tertiary industry.It plays an important part in coordinating urban and rural development,solving rural issues,and accelerating the construction of new socialistic country.Rural tourism products are so attention-getting that it turns from the sub-products to the domestic tourism market's main products.Therefore the innovation of rural tourism management and service model,the improvement of industrial arrangement,people's satisfaction of needs which is more fashion,personalization,informations become having very significant academic significance and application value.On the basis of theoretical analysis and literature reading,this research attempt to transferring the timeshare business model to rural tourism,the necessity and the possibility of the combine of rural tourism and timeshare,sending out the timeshare of rural tourism's conception and influencing factor system,analysing the supply and demand about rural tourism.Firstly,using the analytical method of descriptive statistics to analyze the behaviors of the rural tourists,taking the analytical method of correlation analysis to text the tourists' characters and their desires to participate in the leisure vacation and accept the service of personality.Secondly,the research establish the Factor System and Structural Model to get the frame of the factors of the rural tourism's development,this reach the different ingredients which affect the local developing into a place of rural tourism,and the relations between all the factors. Meanwhile,taking Structural Model to text the differences between the factor of individual characters and other influential factors.On the other hand,using the descriptive statistics analysis of suppliers.According to the Consistent judgment about both side of supply and demand,getting conclusion of the imbalance between the supply and demand of rural tourism Conclusion.Finally,this research brings forward the correlative solutions about the development of timeshare of rural tourism from these three respects,namely the product design,development path.Thus this research educe is a revelation for Yangtze River Delta,even the whole country for the development of rural tourism.
