| Along with the development of high-technology,a series of large-scale complex equipment have been produced,certainly the trends of their requirement of safety and reliability needs to improve increasingly.In particular,the military electronic information equipment are integration,modularization and systematism,even intelligentization.During this process,the development of modularization grows extremely rapid,by its higher integration level,faster processing speed and wider bandwidth.Thus,the.reliability management becomes a keystone.The reliability project involves three aspects of design technology,techniques technology and manufacture management,and it needs designer,producer and manager. This dissertation studies S Company's reliability management and research,and proposes forward that the reliability application technology research is the basic method to improve the electronic products quality.Meanwhile,it also raises some advanced viewpoints in reliability management,such as how to strengthen analysis on the matching between design and production;how to control the whole process quality of manufactures;and how to deal with the upper testing works on finished products.In summary,focusing on the details of a whole process quality controlling is a key step.Management outputs benefits.The great scientist,Mr.Qian Xuesen has said," The product reliability comes from design,manufacture and management." Logical management always reduces accidents.This dissertation also considers the development trend of 21st century fresh electronic technology,brings several thinking of how to manage better reliability project in a whole manufacture cycle,and gives some advices on how to resolve relative problems. |
