Supply Chain Financial Research

The small and medium-sized enterprises(SME) plays an important role in China's economy, but financing difficulty is one of the central problems that restricts the development of SME in China. The commercial banks in China have innovated the financial product that based on the concept of supply chain to solve this problem. It has been proved the supply chain financial service is an effective solution for SME's financing problems.This thesis explains the supply chain financial product for SME. Section one is introduction, including research background, research problems, research methods, and contributions. Section two analyzes the reason of SME's financing difficulties. The third section elaborates the contents of supply chain finance and its details. Section four describes the basic financing mode, Section five, being associated with case studies, expatiates on the application the process about supply chain finance, Finally, analyzes the risk of supply chain finance and provides risk management for the commercial bank.Based on theoretical studies and case studies, this study demonstrated that the Financial Services of Supply Chain is a potentially good way to solve the SME's financing problem. Further, this study suggested that the commercial bank could apply the financial derivatives to eliminate and transfer market risks in the present international financial crisis. Meanwhile, it provided the important references of risk management for the commercial bank.
